Desirable traits

• Previous management experience in General Practice or other Healthcare setting
• Reliable, punctual and honest
• Outstanding communication and people skills empathy and kindness is essential
• Ability to lead and collaborate with existing staff
• Proficient computer skills. Experience with the use of General Practice Medical Software is highly desirable
