Post name: English Lecturer
Candidate must have;
* Masters degree in TESOL / applied linguistics / English literature
* CELTA/TEFL
* Minimum five years experience in teaching English / ESP, designing curriculum and test writing at the college level
* Excellent communication and IT skills and.
* Familiarity with uses of e-learning.

Post names: Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance (Only Omani Nationals need apply)
The selected person will work closely with the Senior Manager, Quality Assurance and will assist in setting up the quality management system, and monitoring the college’s compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills are:
* Degree in Management, Production / Manufacturing Engineering, or IT related fields.
* With 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role in education or manufacturing sector
* Background in Strategic, Operational and Action Planning
* Knowledge of Statistical Tools (i.e. SPSS), Proficient in the use of computer applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Attention to details, organized and with document management skills
* Experience in writing reports, manuals, policies and procedures
* Six Sigma, ISO 9001:2008 / ISO 9001:2015 Certification desirable
* Experience in conducting internal audit desirable.
