The Chief Ombudsman is seeking two experienced people with a sound understanding of public sector organizational system performance. You will join a small, high-performing team progressing complex systemic investigations, and actively contributing to the identification of meaningful intervention and improvement options.

The co-lead Senior Investigator will need public sector knowledge, legal, investigative, policy and research skills. Your track record undertaking similar investigations will enable you to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to attain the answers being sought.

The Principal Policy Advisor will contribute specialist strategic and operational policy knowledge with a clear understanding of organizational performance. You will also lead the drafting of investigation reports.
