Education and Insights Manager Role description
The Education and insights Manager will oversee REA’s education programme for real estate professionals and lead data insights analysis to identify and respond to risks arising in the real estate sector. This exciting role will lead the development and implementation of the REA’s strategic risk outlook, insights and education programmes along with strategic risk-management.

About Education and Insights Manager

• The ideal candidate for this role will be a quick learner who is comfortable in utilizing data and insights to deliver effective regulatory outcomes.
• You will also be confident in identifying sector conduct risk and leading research into real estate sector and consumer harm issues.

• As a skilled professional, you will have significant experience in media relations, stakeholder engagement and / or communications roles.
• You will be an expert at developing strategic communications, tailoring messages to different audiences and be skilled at engaging with the media industry both reactively and proactively.
• You will also be a strong influencer, have exceptional research, writing and editing skills and be comfortable working across the business including with members of the senior leadership team. • The ideal candidate for this role will bring their strong marketing and communications experience along with their technical knowledge to drive vendor conversations and successfully manage REA’s websites.
• Your knowledge will cover content writing, website design, UX and enhancements, social media, awareness raising campaigns, branding, publication production, videos, newsletters and internal communications.
• You will be passionate about reaching all New Zealanders across our diverse communities and you will also be able to effectively communicate with both creative and technical teams. Experience leading people, public sector experience and demonstrated experience preparing strategies and plans will help you stand out!
