Manager, Analysis, Technicians, Engineers, Assistants Job Vacancies at Sanwa Plastic Industry Pte Ltd

Position 1: Design Manager
Responsible for design mold as per customer specified product drawing and liaise with customers on new project design requirements. Manage mold design department, activities, including negotiate and liaise with suppliers on mold base and standard component quotation, make recommendation on new mold fabrication and modification on existing mold.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in CAD or CCAM Design or its equivalent with minimum 5 years’ experience in plastic injection molding environment
• A team player with good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong interest in pursuing technical solutions and breakthroughs

Position 2: System Analysis
Responsible for System development, unit test and technical documentation. Generate, prepare and support monthly management reporting. Maintain ERP, MRP system, Database servers and File servers. System implementor and provide application support to end-user. Analyze the root cause of system defects in order to provide the most comprehensive fixes for every issues.
Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or related major
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in application development using VB, PHP, HTML , Java script and .NET framework
• Understand programming language (ASP.NET, VB, C#) and web programming
• Familiar with relational database technology (MS. SQL., MySQL, SyBase). knowledgeable in writing and coding SQL statements, VB script programming and other MS Office applications package
• Working experience in RAMCO system, Monitor ERP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV application will be an advantage
• Passionate to learn, self-motivated, and good team player

Position 3: Tooling Engineers
Responsible for tooling drawings, specification filing and maintenance. Manage projects, ensure all tooling are executed smoothly and efficiently against an agreed plan. Perform evaluation and development activities to provide solutions for technical problems to sustain and improved production yield, quality, process cycle-time and cost reduction

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent with minimum 3 years’ experience in plastic injection molding environment
• A team player with good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong interest in pursuing technical solutions and breakthroughs

Position 4: Project Engineers
Responsible for organizing and managing project management activities, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently against an agreed plan and budget. Handle customers’ enquiries on the assigned projects and be the primary point of contact between the company and customers. Coordinate the activities of functional departments to support the project

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering discipline or its equivalent with minimum 3 years’ experience in project management with injection molding companies
• A team player with good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills and have a strong interest in pursuing technical solutions and breakthroughs
• Knowledge in ISO and IATF QMS will be an added advantage

Position 5: QA Engineers / Assistant Engineer / Technicians
Responsible for daily production line audit, managing the document control process for Quality Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001/13485, 14000 and IATF16949 quality standards. Assist the Engineers and Manager to liaise with other departments, customers and suppliers for all quality matters to meet customer’s requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing or its equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft, possess some working knowledge of QC Tools, GD&T, statistical process control and problem-solving knowledge, training will be provided
• Assist on parts quality buy off during setup
• A team player with good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Position 6: Facility Technicians
(Building Maintenance)
Responsible for day to day facility operations which include maintaining uptime and operations of air-conditioning systems, carry out building maintenance, servicing and trouble-shooting. Ensure all facilities service are smooth and uninterrupted at all time. Liaise with service provider on quotation as well as negotiation process. Co-ordinate and follow up with WSH Officer and Safety Manager on all statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• NITEC certificate (Electrical certificate) or Secondary education with minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience
• Possess initiative and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• A team player with good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Position 7: Finance Assistants
Responsible for AP, AR and Cash Bock as well as manage the accounts system.

Requirements:

• GCE “O” level with Accounting Certificate – CAT/FA, LCCI or its equivalent with minimum 1 year’s experience in Accounting
• Possess initiative and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Position 8: Admin Assistants
Responsible for data entry, production administrative support.

Requirements:

• GCE “O” level or NITEC certificate with minimum 1 year’s working experience, preferably in production administrative supports
• Knowledge in training OJT, 5S
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Position 9: Mold Makers
Responsible for the repairing and servicing of molds, modification on tooling and its defects, operating conventional machines, fabricating inserts per blue print tolerances, bench fitting and correction repairs of new tools.

Requirements:

• Diploma / NITEC in Engineering discipline or its equivalent with minimum 3 years’ experience in plastic injection molding environment
• Able to operate grinding, turning, milling and EDM machines
• 6-day work week (7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm)

Position 10: Machinists (EDM)
Responsible to perform advance set up to support wire EDM operations.

Requirements:

• NITEC in Precision Engineering or its equivalent with 2-3 years’ experience in conventional machines
• Able to read, fabricate inserts as per blue print. High precision tolerances requirements
• Possess advance abilities in using standard shop measuring tools
• 5 1/2-day work week (Alternate SAT)

Position 11: Maintenance Technicians
Responsible for performing routine diagnostic checks on automated systems, monitor automated systems, isolate problems and servicing and repairing injection machines and auxiliary equipment, carry out daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance for all machines and keeping a good record of parts movements. Set up molds and perform trouble shooting when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering discipline / Fresh Diploma Graduates are welcome
• Strong interest in pursuing technical solutions and breakthroughs
• 6-day work week (7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am)

Position 12: Material Handlers
Responsible for mixing, crushing and distribute of materials. Pack re-grind plastic material in 25 KG polybags using sealer machine.

Requirements:

• Primary education or above
• Strong and healthy
• 6 day work week (7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am)

Position 13: Inspectors
Responsible for In-coming and out-going process control and update
documents.

Requirements:

• Secondary education
• Experience in using smart scope, calipers, height gauge, CMM and other equipment to perform inspection
• 6 day work week (7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am)

Position 14: Machine Operators
Responsible tor operating machine in standing position.

Requirements:

• Primary education or above
• Good eyesight and no colour blindness
• 6-day work week (7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11 pm, 11 pm to 7am)
