Post Name:- ICT Executive

The Job:-
This position is responsible in ensuring the stable operation and daily support to the overall ICT operations in the company. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all computer hardware, software and communication related matters.

Tasks include:-

  1.  Troubleshoot and resolve end user computer hardware and software problems in a timely manner and ensuring minimum downtime.
  2. Perform basic maintenance routine, system installation, data backup, maintenance and problem solving.
    Perform server maintenance and configuration
  3. Set up workstations computers and other necessary ICT peripheral devices.
  4. Maintain ICT assets inventory and records/logs of repairs, fixes and maintain schedule maintenance.
  5. Responsible to ensure security of data and access privileges.
  6. Identify ICT equipment/ devices shortages and place order
  7. Develop system applications using appropriate tools
  8. Maintain and modify existing system applications
  9. Any other duties instructed by the superior as and when required

Requirements:-

  •  Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum three (3) years of working experience
  • Expert on desktop, portable computers troubleshooting skills or server configuration and network equipment
  • Basic knowledge in supporting iOS devices (i.e. iPhone and iPad)
  • Passion for application development, primarily with experience in PHP, MySQL, relational databases, HTML5, CSS
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication ability
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Pleasant personality and positive attitude

Post Name:- Legal & Company Secretarial Executive

The Job:
The incumbent will be responsible in providing sound legal advice and practical solutions on legal related issues for the Company and its subsidiaries. He / She is also responsible in drafting, reviewing, and commenting on legal documents, agreements (including joint-ventures), and contracts. The incumbent will also participate in negotiations of new local and international business projects and customer agreements. In addition, the incumbent will also be responsible to assist CoSec in Company Secretarial matters of the Group.

Requirements:-

  •  Bachelor of Law from a recognized institution holding a Company Secretarial license would be an advantage.
  • At least three (3) years of working experience especially in corporate environment.
  • Competent in all areas of legal functions including litigation, commercial, corporate, contract drafting, and property matters.
  • Excellent knowledge of and in depth experience in handling compliances related to Companies Act and Rules as well as other corporate governance guidelines.
  • Established track record in successfully managing teams on compliance initiatives and demonstrated client management skills.
  • Hardworking, meticulous, well-organized, and able to work under pressure and deadlines.
  • Good team player, self-motivated, self-starter, reliable, independent, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and applications.

Post Name:- Accounts & Administration Executive

The Job:-
The incumbent will handle full set of accounts. He/she will involve in general accounting responsibility including, but not limited to analyzing and reconciliation of specific accounts, preparing journal entries and monthly accrual, ensuring compliance with the group’s policies, internal controls and procedures, and approved accounting standard. The incumbent also needs to assist in the daily operations and activities of the Finance Department, preparation of annual budget, and project’s financial models and reports, proposals, and tender documents.

Requirements:-

  •  Degree qualification in Accounting/Finance/or related professional qualifications.
  • At least five (5) years of working experience.
  • Member of MIA/ACCA/CIMA or other relevant accounting professional body is an added advantage.
  • Must be highly analytical with an eye for detail and able to work independently and as a team.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge in computerized accounting system.
