Post Name: Circulation Manager (Field Operations)

The Job of Circulation Manager

The Field Operations team is looking for a self-motivated and experienced individual to manage our Newsvendors, and oversee the daily fulfillment of our newspaper deliveries. You will support the Division’s objectives to drive the initiatives and directions set while executing day-to-day operational requirements.

You are required to supervise a team of executives and representatives. Your main scope of work requires you to plan, organize and execute the operations within your team as well as coordinate any delivery recoveries or complaint resolutions. You will also be required to manage the payment and debt levels of the account under your charge. In addition, you will be involved in the review and revamp of our delivery/fulfillment network, and exploring new business models.

The challenge for you is to enable and supervise your team to effectively carry out the various operational functions like market surveys, subscription and single-copy sales activities, business partner accounts/debt management and identifying and sourcing for potential sales points.

The Job of Senior Executive

The Single Copy Promotions team is looking for a creative and motivated individual to join the team. You will be part of the team to design, and execute Promotional Campaigns for the Chinese Newspapers in both Print and Digital Platforms.

You will be assisting the team to plan and execute campaigns to drive the sales of the printed and electronic single-copy versions of our Chinese Newspapers. Your main scope of work will entail the planning, administration and execution of the campaigns. You will also be required to be copy-write and proofread the creative content. You will need to be proficient with our internal digital systems, as well as Google and face book marketing platforms.

The challenge for you is to seek new audiences to drive trial & purchases for our products, while improving the consumption habits of existing customers.

Senior Executive Responsibilities
