The Job:-

•  Operate and maintain forklifts and clamp trucks
• Un-stuff containers and high stack newsprint reels
• Issue newsprint based on production demand
• Assist in issuing production materials based on materials list

Requirements:–

1.  GCE N’ Level, or at least 2 years of related experience in store and warehousing
2. With certified forkilft licence
3. Able to work on rotating shifts and weekends when required
4. Must be physically fit

The Job:-

•  Manage the production process for advertisers’ commercials
• Liaise with script writer for client script approval
• Book production session for client with Audio Engineer, EP, Client and VO
• Ensure timely delivery of commercials and coordination with schedulers
• Co-ordinate Open Talk production meetings (not attending)
• Keep up to date calendars for client bookings
• Facebook posts
• Web banners
• Mobile Splash Ads
• Liaise with clients and marketing for material delivery for all of the above
• Pass client requirements to marketing for on-ground client campaigns
• Post campaign audio retrieval for clients – Post campaign online confirmation from marketing for clients
• Process PO’s within 1 month of campaign conclusion

Requirements:-

1.  Diploma
2. Preferably with 2 years of sales support administrative experience
3. Good grade in Mathematics
4. Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
5. Meticulous and ability to manage tight time lines
6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
