Post Name: Clinical Nurse Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team as our Clinical Nurse Manager.
Your primary objective will be to work as a supportive leader and team member to provide a high standard of care to our Residents in accordance with the philosophy and missions statement of Springlands Lifestyle Village.

The applicant will need to have the following attributes:

• A passion for working with our older generation.
• Great interpersonal skills to be able to relate effectively and positively with our Residents and their whanau.
• Have a collaborative approach working with other department leaders / managers to ensure a high standard of service is provided.
• Previous clinical leadership or the willingness, drive and passion to lead.
• Have a commitment to Risk Management and continuous Quality Improvement.
• Previous work experience in the Aged Care sector would be an advantage but not a necessity.
• Current annual practicing certificate from the Nursing council of New Zealand and a minimum of 3 years Registered Nurse experience.
