Credit Officer

• Follow up with customers daily in order to collect debts and ensure its monthly weekly/monthly collection targets arc met.
• Take appropriate actions on defaulting debtors to ensure all overdue debts are brought under control.
• Review status of aged and delinquent accounts on a weekly basis.
• Preparation and transmitting of letters and notices on delinquent accounts…
• Prepare paperwork for civil court (small claims court) on local delinquent accounts and represent the company at any hearings.
• Review and recommend accounts for outside collection agencies or legal action and follow through as required.
• Diploma/Degree Level Qualification
• 2+ years of work experience in similar role
• Valid Group 2 Driving License is required.

IT and Printer Technician

• The technician is to provide hardware and software maintenance and support, repairs & training to our customers.
• The appointee must ensure that these services are delivered with the mentality of 100% customer satisfaction. Must be honest in the delivery of advice on the best practice methods, value adding any other issue that would improve the company image.
• Attend service calls allocated by service work Controller within the company’s policy to response time.
• Upon completion of service call, immediately close the job in JIM II.
• Completing the service request and ensuring correct customer signoffs on the job card with purchase orders if required and returning all hard copy documentations over to service work Controller by COB the same day.
• Prepared to take any other company tasking directed or delegated by the Management team.
• Diploma Level Qualification
• 2+ years of work experience in similar role
• Valid Group 2 Driving License is required.
